Job Description

  • Handling Offshore Calls
  • Candidate should be absolutely fluent in English having neutral or American accent.
  • Contact Centre agent having strong English and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate should have two 2-3 years of call center experience.
  • Candidate who is US/UK returned is a plus.
  • Experience in collection/Billing will be preferred.
  • Candidate should have ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of management and clients.
