Job Description

The mission & vision for client success is to be our client’s trusted advisor & advocate, helping them leverage care cloud’s services & solutions to achieve their goals.

The care cloud client success team is building an offshore shared-services unit of analysts geared towards providing reporting, administrative and analytical capabilities to our front-line client success managers.

This position is intended to be a non-client facing role with a growth path towards becoming client-facing.

The individual will be directly responsible for assisting client success managers with administrative, reporting, and analytical tasks.

This is a highly collaborative & relational role that requires interaction with every functional area throughout the company.

There is heavy emphasis on client satisfaction & retention; data analytics & information management, system expertise & acumen.


Excellent communication

Prior healthcare rcm

Ms office

Accounts and a/r analysis via pm system

Knowledge of medical billing and collections


Verbal, written, writing and speaking


Word and excel
