Job Description

  • Design and develop learning content within a new onboarding program, as defined by the project plan.
  • Gather feedback and create changes within developed content.
  • Develop knowledge checks and other evaluation tools to ensure the content developed meets behavior-based performance objectives.
  • Structure published content within the Internal Learning Management System.
  • Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team of instructional designers, technical communicators, and learning analysts.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
  • Develop Trainee Profiles.
