- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Design and develop training programs. Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials. Gather feedback after each educational session. Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification.
- Analyses training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs by consultation with line managers.
- Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees.
- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
