- Handling of information about symptoms, observation, procedures, treatment outcome and medical history.
- Interpreting medical information in order to accurately assign correct diagnoses and procedural codes.
- Liaison between physician and insurance companies to successfully process the wide variety of success rendered to patients.
- This job requires excellent communication and the ability to handle phone calls in regard to patient accounts and insurance inquires.
