- Perform a variety of both medical and administrative activities for MTBC's employees and their families towards the provision of efficient and cost effective medical treatment.
- Respond to medical/health problems presented by patients including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate.
- Provide an adequate assessment and appropriate investigations of patients, when needed by management.
- Maintain proper checks and balances of medical bills received from the hospital.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
- Review and maintain an inventory of medical supplies.
- Check the medical record of all employees in EMR.
- Evaluate cases related to employees absence / sick leave due to medical reasons
