- Must be able to provide complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities.
- Primary On-site support for Microsoft 365 / Teams / SharePoint and Intune issues.
- Perform data discovery and architecture/design for Exchange migration projects.
- Implement Exchange, perform Exchange migrations and troubleshoot existing installations.
- Integrate Exchange with load balancing, anti-spam, and content filtering solutions.
- Management and migrations to office 365. Managing and implementing Microsoft DFS.
- Managing and implementing Active Directory domain/forest migrations.
- Managing and implementing Lync/Skype for business
- Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required.
- Management of Microsoft Intune.
