JOB PROFILE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team as we continue to develop and improve our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products for US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US healthcare industry, a proven track record in product management and leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.

We are a Public Healthcare IT company registered on NASDAQ. We are hiring for an onsite position for our Karachi Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our EHR product, ensuring it meets the needs of our healthcare clients and provides a positive user experience.
  • Conduct marker research to stay current on industry trends and gather insights on the needs of healthcare providers and patients.
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmap and backlog based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and customer success teams, to ensure product delivery meets customer and market needs.
  • Define and track product success metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Act as primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from stakeholders, customer, and internal teams.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, with a focus on Healthcare Technology Products.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Must be willing to work from our office in Karachi
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated
