- Systems Analysis: Client relationship engagement to determine requirements or to develop system specifications
- Software Support: Operational software support/issue resolution
- Systems Analysis: Hardware and operating system analysis and specifications
- Software Instance Creation: Software and database installations/migrations; Creation of new software instances of the PBI product
- Systems Analysis: Intensive database and data model design, implementation, troubleshooting and fulfillment
- Systems Analysis: Testing client setups, installations, and upgrades
- Software Support: Assists with debugging efforts
- Systems Analysis: Monitoring and measuring system performance for internal and external clients
- Systems Analysis: Assist project teams with all aspects of model or object development including such items as scoping, object creation, and validation
- Software Support: Diagnose & resolve production problems for reports & applications, including responding to problems off-hours when required
- Infrastructure Management: Occasional network support duties
- Miscellaneous: Performs other related duties as assigned
Tools / Skills:
- Strong operational competence with SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2014, and 2016
- Strong Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems
- Familiarity with business intelligence processes and tools
- Familiarity of .NET frameworks, angular and languages is a plus
