- Experience in creating and implementing UI design
- Ability to discuss and explain design options, optimize existing user interface designs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function
- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and Execution of client inquiries for a product or experience, guiding the team in discovery/prep, facilitation of sessions, identification and analysis of needs, and ensuring those insights inform or evolve products.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges and user scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions with hands on experience with interaction design, visual design and usability testing.
- Ensure the accountability of the team, leading by example in the creation of high fidelity work products (schematics, flows, interaction sequences, etc.) and providing feedback to iterate and evolve the work of junior contributors.
