• Work as a conduit between the onshore marketing and sales organization in the US and the offshore team in Islamabad
  • Have a good understanding of core marketing technologies (martech stack) used in B2B settings
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
  • Build-out and scale the offshore marketing team
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations while also ensuring project timelines are met for ongoing initiatives
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the senior leadership
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
  • Track competitors’ activities
  • Provider data-driven insights on campaigns and the market

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role in a multinational
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Functional knowledge of SEO, web analytics, PPC and social media
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
