Responsibilities
1. 2-3 Years’ Experience.
2. Excellent English Communication, Writing, Verbal, Grammar and Punctuation.
3. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
4. Very basic understanding of higher level programming languages such C# and/or Java.
5. Writing proper comments on code-level.
6. Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum.
7. Basic knowledge of Test Cases.
8. Ability to work well in diverse team environment.
9. Ability to learn quickly, multitasking and must possess the desire to learn new things.
10. Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
11. Create and maintain the information architecture.
12. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
13. Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
14. Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
15. Develops a thorough understanding of the audience and the documentation required by meeting with colleagues and working with managers to discuss technical problems.
16. Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, and Internet Research.
17. Brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies.
