The position focuses on creating fabric designs that align with the company's standards and market demands. The candidate must have technical expertise in fabric construction techniques, textile fabric analysis, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other CAD software. collaboration with other departments and stakeholders is essential to bring creative concepts to life and support manufacturing processes. The designer’s portfolio should highlight a history of delivering innovative textile solutions and an ability to blend creativity with technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Create original textile prints and patterns based on client and company requirements.
- Use Adobe Illustrator, CAD, and textile design software to develop production-ready designs.
- Analyze fabrics and production methods to ensure design feasibility.
- Stay updated on fashion and textile trends, especially in the United States market.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine designs and meet project goals.
- Prepare technical files, design documentation, and maintain organized portfolios.
- Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Continuously improve skills through research on new materials, techniques, and design technologies.
