Job Description

Administration Officer plays a supportive role in the effective management of school administrative systems, including monitoring and reviewing the school's systems and procedures.

The Successful Candidate shall be Responsible for the following key Roles & Duties;

  • Admissions
  • Pupil attendance & Punctuality
  • Staff Attendance
  • Data Management in Soft & Hard Form
  • Finance
  • Prepare & Take Minutes of the Meetings
  • General Administration
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors
  • Overall provision of administrative support to the School through the Academic Management Team.
  • Support the Director Academics and School Operations in the production and administration of student orientation and induction plans (including dedicated late orientation) for the academic year and ensuring the timely distribution of same to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage receipt and communication of student complaints.
  • Any other such duties that may arise commensurate with the post.
