- You will be responsible for different tasks of Admin & HR.
- You’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process via online platforms.
- All HR mandatory documents including letters & notices.
- Excellent letter/email drafting skills.
- Conduct training and development programs.
- Have sound knowledge of IR and Labor Laws.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirement.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Supervising, monitoring & evaluating the staff.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Other misc. office administrative tasks.
Ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English (Verbal and Written).
