Receptionist
- Good communication skills, fluency and command over the English language
- Proactive,
- Listening skills and management skills.
- Answer and direct any phone calls received, to the concerned department.
- welcome guests and greet people who visit the business with a smile and guide them to their desired personal
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Receive deliveries. Sort and distribute incoming and outgaining mail
- Acting as a liaison with other offices' administrative staff to coordinate meeting requirements
- Maintain a perfect personal outlook as you will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the office
- Guide clients, vendors and partners to the designated staff
- Liaison with personal assistants of the upper management to book appointments if required
- Report directly to the Admin Officer
Requirements
- Punctuality is a must
- Bachelors’ degree in Mass Communications preferred
- Command over the English language both written and spoken
- Excellence in customer service
- Handy knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent personal hygiene and outlook
- Corporate attire
