Job Title: CNC Machines Maintenance Supervisor Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of verifiable experience/track record in CNC Machine Maintenance; however, experience may substitute for education.
- Must have experience in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines.Job Description
- Visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions.
- Analyze CNC machine error messages, and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
- Disassemble CNC machinery and equipment to remove defective components and make repairs and reassemble equipment.
- Perform mechanical, electrical & electronic trouble shooting and maintenance.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to identify and recommend required work, so repairs can be scheduled with minimal interruption to production.
- Perform routine preventative or corrective maintenance to ensure machines operate smoothly.
- Organize all appropriate records, files and cost studies of maintenance and repairing for future reference.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
