Job Purpose Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Individual who can manage an online fragrance store built on Magento Platform. The person will be responsible for managing overall store activities including customer relationship.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Managing complete store activities from order processing till delivery and feedback.
- Delivery of orders within Karachi and collection of Cash.
- Delivery of out of city orders to courier company and tracking their status.
- Management of store inventory, pricing and offers
- Handling of customer complaints and queries
- Answering customer phone calls, SMS, emails and WhatsApp messages
- Customer relationship management
- Reporting of Sales, Inventory and other important info.
- Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality, timely delivery and business profit. Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.
- Experience of at-least 1 year in similar line of business (Online Store Management)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with designing (Adobe Photoshop, HTML) will be considered plus.
- Candidate must have a Motor Bike.
- Experience with customer service is required
- Candidate should be well versed with web based systems and internet technlogies.
- Experience in working on Magento platform will be preferred.
