Our growing Consumer & Healthcare Company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be
responsible for supervising our sales team across the country and devising sales growth strategy. The
salary package will be market competitive. People having 10+ years of sales experience of at least
regional level can apply for this post.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
Overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual profitable sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your sales people.
Achieving growth and hitting profitable sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan/ process that expands company's customer base, increases revenue significantly and ensure its strong presence along with expense controls.
The ongoing training of sales people and develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. Adding new distributors and stockist across Pakistan to company’s sale portfolio.
Promoting the organization and products.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and command on the sales reports and analysis them for better planning.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sale team and eventually grow the Sales significantly.
