The Said Candidate Must have traits should be
1- Good Communication Skills
2- Reasonable product knowledge of major brands with their USP and prices
3- Good relations in market
4- Must have fair knowledge of retail marketing and branding (such as types of branding materials, types of boards, types of POS materials and their placements)
5- Should preferably be aware of surrounding markets
6- Locate potential shops, hoardings, spaces acquiring and then able to execute branding on them in coordination with vendors assigned by the Marketing dept.
7- Giving awareness to retailer/dealers regarding ongoing brand promotions
