Head quartered in Germany & in the 5th year of our operations in Pakistan - We are a global market leader in Processing and Packaging solutions for Food, Medical and Industrial stuff.
To expend our business we are in the process of opening up our branch office which will be based in Karachi, Pakistan.
We require a Secretary & Marketing Executive for our Karachi branch office, the Job Description will be as follows,
1) Routine administrative functions, generating and scheduling appointments
2) Organizing and maintaining papers and electronic files
3) Providing information to customers and prospects.
4) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
5) Coordination special events and exhibitions in Pakistan and abroad.
6) Handling day to day routine office work efficiently
The candidate should be,
1) 25 – 35 of age
2) Fluent in English writing and speaking.
3) Well versed with Computer and internet, hands on command over MS office.
4) Candidate must be competent having command of emailing and creative writing in commercial English in today’s biz language & searching.
5) Have 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, must not be habitual of switching jobs.
6) Have Bachelor or master’s degree preferably MBA from a reputed university.
This Job may require traveling to Dubai or Germany for training, exhibitions etc.
