We are seeking a Customer Support Executive responsible to:

1. Make Mumuso to develop strong relationships with clients and customers

2. Provide information about products and services

3. Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments

4. Assist the E-commerce team to achieve their departmental goals

Required Education: Bachelors in Related Field

Required Experience: Minimum 02 years

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for calling.

2. Contacting customers for verifying and confirming their orders via inbound or outbound calls, emails or texts.

3. Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.

4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as per Mumuso’s guidelines.

5. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

6. To keep records of customer orders, process customer orders after confirming them and file documents.

7. To take appropriate action to resolve the issues identified in the received

8. After receiving the Orders Receiving Sheet from Store Managers, prepare Load Sheet by , and get it signed off by the logistic companies, so that customer orders are dispatch timely.

9. Simultaneously, to coordinate with Finance Department by sending Orders Receiving Sheet for verification.

10. After receiving verification from Finance Department, waybills to be generated.

11. To stay connected with the customers on social media by updating them with our upcoming sales and promotions.

12. To work on Excel sheets to make the records of product shoots, resize images and details related to SKU, stock, color, and variations of the product.

13. Taking ownership when working with team members, yet able to work productively with feedback from senior team members and management

14. To send the orders through credit cards to Finance Department as soon as it is acknowledged, for ensuring that the payment amount is captured.
