Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare the costing data tours

  • Make reservations to confirm hotels

  • Prepare the notes and manuals for each tour.

  • Connect & coordinate with the customers / participants

  • Making all necessary arrangements for the designed tour

  • Cross-check the necessary arrangements for individuals/groups

  • Help to ensure that trip reports are completed by the guides after each tour has been completed

Skills & Education

  • Minimum graduation 

  • 2 to 3 years experience in a relevant industry

  • Outgoing, dynamic and carries an adaptable personality

  • Willing to travel around

  • Having good knowledge of tour costing

  • Excellent command in both written & spoken English
