Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare the costing data tours
Make reservations to confirm hotels
Prepare the notes and manuals for each tour.
Connect & coordinate with the customers / participants
Making all necessary arrangements for the designed tour
Cross-check the necessary arrangements for individuals/groups
Help to ensure that trip reports are completed by the guides after each tour has been completed
Skills & Education
Minimum graduation
2 to 3 years experience in a relevant industry
Outgoing, dynamic and carries an adaptable personality
Willing to travel around
Having good knowledge of tour costing
Excellent command in both written & spoken English
