- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, and videos)
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Collaborate with the Manager to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand-new audiences
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media
- Translate content and other materials from English to Arabic
