- Arrange the resources for manufactured items in market
- Prepare route of daily purchase and get approval from Manager
- Handover material to IGP officer along with its purchase order and delivery chalan
- Do the follow up of material received and resolve the issue related to quality and GRN
- Arrange invoices or bills of market items
- Do the survey of market and arrange new sources of regular purchased items
- Make the list of regular purchased items and arrange monthly quotation of those items
