Musa Local & International Job Support is seeking motivated and confident individuals for the role of Door-to-Door Marketing to visit shops and businesses in Saddar, Rawalpindi. In this position, candidates will actively engage with shop owners to introduce and explain the company's digital services, generating interest and potential business leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to professionally represent the company while working independently in an outdoor marketing environment.
This is a field marketing role focused on visiting up to 1000 shops, with payment based on completing these visits and commissions earned from confirmed client orders. High-performing candidates have the opportunity for long-term employment with increased commissions and bonuses. The ideal candidate is honest, hardworking, and possesses a basic understanding of marketing principles.
Responsibilities
- Visit a large number of shops and business locations within the assigned area to promote company services.
- Introduce and clearly explain the digital services offered by the company to shop owners and decision makers.
- Communicate professionally and confidently to build trust, address questions, and generate interest in services.
- Collect business information and contact details from interested clients to facilitate follow-up and sales conversion.
- Generate qualified leads by effectively presenting the companys value proposition and understanding client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of shop visits and client interactions to ensure accountability and performance tracking.
- Achieve set targets of daily and total shop visits with discipline and time management.
- Work independently in an outdoor setting while representing the company positively.
- Strive to convert leads into confirmed clients to earn commissions based on orders generated.
- Maintain honesty and integrity while performing marketing activities to uphold the companys reputation.
- Participate in occasional training or feedback sessions to improve communication and marketing skills.
