Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven individual and an inspirational team leader with an impeccable eye for detail, a relentless attitude towards innovation, and a strong tendency to think outside the box, the Lead UX Designer will have an opportunity to lead a team that impacts some of the most innovating companies and millions of users worldwide.
In this role you will:
- Work closely with product managers and other leaders in the organization to generate crisp, innovative, and elegant design solutions for complex problems
- Provide leadership, and direction to a team of UX Designers; drive creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices
- Partner with engineering and product teams to collaborate and implement UI features in fast-paced design-build cycles
- Visualize concepts, and new product ideas and produce iterations for testing on a variety of ideas using wireframes and sketches, to high fidelity designs.
- Be part of the design recruiting process on an active basis
- Set new standards in execution and operational excellence.
- Experience with end to end product design with complete articulation as to how the design was used to grow the product/business from point A to point B
- Mastery of design craft
- Ability to influence architecture beyond his/her own project
- Build effective process and standards for the UX organization
- Ability to quickly understand and influence interactions in a technical environment, specifically in regards to integration with web and mobile platforms
- Impeccable design judgment, and ability to articulate and advocate design rationale to product managers and developers
- Ability to coach the team on their initiative
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Grow your leadership skills. Mentor and help enable team members to create excellent work.
- Ensuring the employee is well versed with Line Management responsibility and has some past experience of mentoring or coaching employees
Skills
- Oversee mock ups and prototype features according to UI specifications
- Identify, plan, and execute career development for design employees
- Knowledge of a variety of design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative suite, Sketch/Figma and Invision
