Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Visualize concepts, and new product ideas for the mobile space and produce iterations for testing on a variety of ideas using wireframes and sketches, to high fidelity designs.
- Work closely with product managers to generate crisp, innovative, and elegant design solutions for complex social products on mobile platforms.
- Design mockup and prototype features according to functional specs.
- Partner and collaborate with engineers to produce iterations in fast-paced design-build cycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (e.g., Android and iOS).
- Have impeccable design judgment, and be able to clearly articulate your design rationale.
- Allocate, manage and develop design resources to ensure smooth delivery of products and features.
- Knowledge of a variety of design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative suite, Sketch/Figma and Invision
- Ability to prototype your work
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features, all with a user-centered design process
- Ability to advocate for user needs and leveraging insights to create better designs while making sure everything is scalable and follows best practices and standards.
- Ability to quickly understand interactions in a technical environment, specifically in regards to integration with web and mobile platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively throughout with natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions

Skills
