Purpose of the Position:

Position requires detailed data collection of Households and demographic information by canvassing their assigned areas. They will be required to appropriately document and report the results against assigned tasks.

Major Responsibilities:

·         Collect, maintain and organize recorded information and hand it over to the project officer.

·         Assist in logistics and all field work coordination.

·         Organize and participate in meetings and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

·         Assure the completeness, accuracy and quality of field research data.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·         Interviewing the respondents and fill questionnaire and collect primary data from the assigned areas.

·         Checking Completed questionnaire to be sure that all questions were asked, and information is accurately inserted against each question.

·         Identification of eligible beneficiaries, as per defined beneficiary selection criteria, in the targeted location.

·         Regular field visits to ensure the enrolled beneficiaries are well retained for Skill Development Courses.

·         Organize beneficiaries in groups and transform them into community networks for effective and sustained response at community level.

·         Ensure meetings of Community Networks to develop their plan of actions and follow-ups and maintain their meeting minutes.

·         Support and advocate organizational initiatives in support to scale-up interventions.

·         Report any unusual situation to the project officer on timely basis.

·         Follow confidentiality and security procedures to ensure beneficiary’s privacy s well protected.

Skills

Quality Control Processes Command Good communications skills in Urdu english Record Keeping Knowledge of Research and Assessment Studies Knowledge of Data collection and analysis understanding of standard MEAL practices
