Purpose of the Post: MEAL Intern

The purpose of this position is Monitoring, Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) of project activities. The position will provide assistance and facilitation to Business  Development and Programme Quality Coordinator and MEAL department of Muslim Aid Pakistan in draft of reporting, reviews, updating learning log, Action Plan Tracker, knowledge management, data and record management, archiving   content development for IEC material, draft development of relevant ToRs, development of sketch of  case studies/good practices received from the field for producing good quality case studies.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain and store all records in line with MA document management and IT policies.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in all donors and HQ Reporting as per agreed timeline.

  • Scanning of project documents
  • Assist in  in conduction of Monthly/Quarterly /Mid-Year and Annual Progress Review
  • Draft preparation of agenda, note taking, draft of the minutes and follow up.
  • Assist to maintain a system for organizational MEAL learning component according to the MEAL manual guidelines agreed with the management.
  • Maintain a robust M&E system to measure achievement and progress toward Programme goals and results.
  • To  assist in develop, publish and disseminate case studies for MAP’s all stakeholders.
  • To assist in knowledge, record and data management of all projects in hard and soft forms
  • To ensure and follow-up with head of departments and lead for maintaining of data/files in hard and soft forms as per MAP data policy standard
  • Any additional tasks as and when assigned.
