Key Responsibilities:

Coordinates activities of staff, consultants, and/or volunteers engaged in the implementation and administration of project objectives.
Manages and facilitates program activities, including selection of beneficiaries, distribution of relief items, coordination meetings, and or other tasks.
Monitors and administers program/project budget vs actual expenses and plans with the team for under and overspent.
Extract and communicate gaps in the delivery of relief work in a timely manner for corrective measures and support at procedural level.
Represent the organization in different coordination forums and meetings taking place at district and provincial level.
Timely complete the project reporting as per organization’s and donor requirements/ timelines.
Conduct field visits and share trip reports with the Project Manager and Humanitarian Program Manager.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Note : Interviews for these Positions will be performed on rolling basis.
