MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain all Financial Records
- Vouchers (Cash, Bank, General)
- Bills (all types of Bills including Vendors, Contractors, Utility etc)
- Contracts of Vendors/Contractors
- Bank Documents (Cheque books, Stamps, Bank Statements etc)
- Vendor/Contractor Profile and Files
- Project Files and Records
Book Keeping
- Maintain all kind of ledgers including (Cash, Bank, Vendors, Contractors, Assets, Personal etc)
- Maintain all kind of supporting documents for every transaction.
Financial Statements
- Prepare trail balance
- Prepare complete set of Financial Statements
Reconciliation
- Cash Reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Vendor/Contractor Reconciliation
- Receivable Reconciliation
Internal Control
- Maintain all records as per predefined policies
- Prepare timely Reports for higher management
Other Tasks
- Prepare invoices along with supporting Documents
- Perform Payroll Function
- Coordination and Relationship Management with banks
- Cash Management & Handling
- Perform all Bank related functions
- Tax functions
- Bills Verification
- Compliance with company policies
