We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. Candidate must have 2 years of relevant experience in Vehicle Tracking Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answer questions about products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Enter and update customer information.
- Go the “extra mile” for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role. Previous working experience with a Vehicle Tracking Company will be a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to maintain calm composure in stressful situations
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Note:
This is target-based job having Basic Salary of Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/-.
Incentive will be also provided on closing sales.
