We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can increase the dimensionality of our business. Your main responsibility is to identify prospective clients and establish a good working relationship with them. In addition, you will maintain a professional relationship with existing clients. The role revolves around excellent communication skill with the focus on sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the business objectives and developing strategies that help to achieve them, along with the metrics to track their progress.
  • Maintain the professional relationship with existing clients by fulfilling their requirements.
  • Identify the prospective clients and establish a working relationship with them by providing them the said services.
  • Maintain the database of clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • BS in related field.3-5 years of experience as business development
  • Client acquisition experience is a must.
  • Sales experience is a must.
  • Positive team player attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to travel an extra mile to get the job done.
