- Job Description and Requirements for Front Desk Officer/Receptionist:
- Following is the list of Daily/Passive responsibilities of Front Desk Officer:
- Greeting members in such a way that they genuinely feel welcome and comfortable.
- Providing information on fees, packages and offers to existing members, potential members and visitors.
- Handling phone calls and other correspondence (mails, e-mails and other letters etc).
- Solving issues of members and acting as a medium of communication between members and management.
- Keeping the Reception area clean and well-organized (ensuring complete observance of recommended Covid-19 SOPs)
- Ensuring that brochures and products are properly displayed.
- Willing to undertake similar/general office duties at the request of The Gym Management.
The Gym seeks a Front Desk Officer with the following skills, qualification, and experience:
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Basic know-how of Microsoft Office and e-mail.
- Able to speak and understand both English and Urdu.
- Fluent English is Compulsory
