• Apply all Service Centers and Head Office reimbursements on Ding Talk in the start of every month and collect cash from finance to send back to Service Center on time.
  • To check revenue record of every Service Center weekly and match with system.
  • Deal with the queries about the revenue of Customer Service Centers from Customer Service Management System (CRM) in the end of the month after matching with respective branches and submit the adjustment of amount to Finance department.
  • Update the rent agreements of all Customer service centers to make rent payments on time respectively.
  • To check all daily clearance sheets of Service Center and guide them about any wrong entries.
  • Coordinate Inter department work.
  • To assist the director to complete various tasks and improve the performance.
