What will you do on this job:
This is a performance-based job! Using your sales and communication skills, you will be the first point of contact between a prospective client and our exciting travel portfolio. Therefore, ultimate professionalism, the ability to adapt your pitch and exceptional telephone skills are a must.Working both within a supporting team and individually you will have responsibility for converting inbound customer inquiries into successful sales. Using a combination of calls, email inquiries, an established database, marketing-generated leads and your own initiative to convert new prospects, you will be expected to communicate effectively and intelligently via the telephone and email.
ALONG WITH YOUR BASIC WAGES, WE WILL ALSO OFFER UP TO 25% OF COMMISSION ON TARGETED MARGIN.
Requirements:
You must have experience of working in a target-based sales driven environment. You must know grammatically correct Written as well as fluent Spoken English. You must have strong sales skills. You must be 100% committed to offering excellent service
Responsibilities and Duties
To liaise with Airlines and Tour Operators and handle all reservations resulting from travel based promotions and the general public.To achieve targeted levels of assigned gross profit.To deal with inquirers and issuance of leisure vouchers in accordance with laid down procedures for each group of promotional concept.To ensure that all reservations comply with IATA, ATOL and ABTA regulations.To foster and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and clients.To quote, book and assist incentive campaigns ensure all paperwork is up to date and accurate.Special Software Knowledge
