Job Description:
We are looking for an HRM with relevant educational background and expertise.
Should have good communication in written and oral.
- Good knowledge on employee benefits
- Good knowledge on company policies.
- Good computer skills in Windows, Office & Web.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Conducting interviews along with lead of concerned department.
- Issuing Offer letters, Appraisal Letters, Experience Letters.
- Maintaining complete track record of current and ex-employees.
- Conducting Exit Interviews.
- Updating company related policies from time to time to improve the overall environment of the Company.
- Should handle various activities like employee enrollment, leave & attendance management, loan & advance management, payroll management, employee confirmation & salary reviews etc.
- Professional approach to telephone answering, taking messages and maintaining a rapid response.
- Assisting accounts personnel in maintaining payroll and attendance management
- Should be to co-ordinate with CEO.
- Other duties as assigned by authority.
- Need to take care of total HR functions.
