We are Mobile/Web based company and are looking for a qualified person who has experience in managing IT projects. Your job is to plan, oversee and document all aspects of the project(s) you are working on and make the whole flow streamlined.
SKILLS:
- Leadership: Keep the team motivated, neutralize any issues, work closely and diligently perform to boost morale.
- Time Management: You will mostly be handling different projects simultaneously, spinning multiple plates at once.
- Must be able to analyze the projects and which tools and technology will suit best to deliver on time and on specs.
- Use project management tools to keep track of teams, projects, tasks.
- Actively participate with team for keeping the project on track and on schedule.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Stakeholder Management and Risk Management.
- Daily review of all assigned projects activities, ensuring schedules of every activity.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 4 Years of hands-On Experience in project management.
- Experience of Agile and best practices for Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent English communication.
- SDLC
- PMP and other project management certifications will be plus.
