Responsibilities
- Clean/ dusting of all surfaces of desks, chairs, tables and other furniture
- Clean/ dusting of all corners and ceilings.
- Vacuum carpets and mats (once in a week)
- Vacuum chairs and sofas (once in a week)
- Remove fingerprints and marks from light switches and door frames
- Clean all attached doors and windows glasses
- Serve tea and water to staff members
- Communicate with restaurant representatives to make daily lunch menu before 12:00 pm
- Purchase and serve lunch to office staff before 1:25 pm
- Actively assists in office tasks i-e photocopying documents, delivering files, purchase items and dispatching documents, etc.
- Monitoring the use of devices and supplies within the workplace.
- Placing systems and furniture for staff members
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Support company's vendors for execution of their work
- Clean kitchen cabinets (once in a month)
- Ensure all areas are clean & arranged in a tidy fashion
- Cover table tennis when it is not in use
- Check stock toilet tissue, hand towels, facial tissues and hand soap
- Water indoor plants
- Daily fill attached checklists
- Perform all the other tasks assigned by Management
