We are a small and dedicated team of IT enthusiasts and are diligently working to become a leading name in the industry. As our team is growing, Need to manage resources is inevitable. So we are looking for a person who has hands on experience in project management with a technical background. And who has extremely commitment towards project delivery and quality of projects. Be it a code quality issue or a looming deadline, he should be able crunch it and tackle it like a breeze.
My Technology Expects Following From a Talented Project Manager:
- Code Analysis & Quality Of code.
- Should easily manage multiple projects.
- Tracking progress of all project and their deliveries.
- On spot progress tracking.
- Should use Assembla or a PMS to assign daily tasks, milestones & deliveries.
- Build optimized timelines.
- Successfully deliver projects on time.
- Exceptionally motivating and keeping team member's morale high.
- Proficiency in agile project development and methodologies.
- Should understand latest trends, development techniques and architectural approaches.
- Resolve any conflict or roadblocks.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
-4 Years of hands-On Experience in project management.
-Experience of Agile and best practices for Scrum and Kanban.
-Excellent English communication.
-SDLC
-PMP and other project management certifications will be plus.
