My technology is looking for a highly responsible and motivated person who has a strong understanding of software project management, development and execution process.
Should have hands on experience of project management with proven track record in the field. Experience with delivering projects on time and on specs. Should possess sound knowledge of project flows and use cases to guide project team when needed. Identify and resolve problems and gaps upfront to ensure smooth delivery. Keep the team aligned with project goals and desirables.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of SDLC
- Project requirements & scope analysis
- Solid Understanding of project requirements and flow.
- Detailed project plan and track progress
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with ecommerce and multi seller
- Ideally should have some hands on experience as a software developer.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.
- All delivered projects must cover full project scope.
Responsibilities:
- Report and escalate to management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentations
- Determine and identify project scope and objectives.
- Ensure project delivery within designated time
- Building and Organizing project Backlog for the Development team.
- Taking complete ownership for all communication - including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Team coordination to ensure flawless project delivery.
- Sync with PM for long and short term goals and agendas.
