Senior Sales Manager Job Summary

We are a Real Estate Developer and are seeking an experienced SALES specialist to support the sales efforts of our Company in Pakistan. We are a high-growth, fast-moving environment & the ideal candidate, as a result, must be able to adapt & thrive in conditions of constant change. In fact, the ideal candidate should show a proven history of being a change driver, leader & an innovator in previous roles.

We are looking for a highly sociable individual who draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing but remains grounded. You are an excellent leader within the organisation, able to build a cohesive sales team which is united in their commitment to achieving targets as well as building The Company’s reputation.

The Senior Sales Manager will be the main point of contact for ALL of our clients including, but not restricted to, walk-in customers. You will make yourself available to deal with clients at all times, answering to their queries, showing them the available units and taking the lead in dealing with all after sales concerns. You will be The Company’s face and must at all times present yourself accordingly.

You will build a close working relationship with selected Real Estate agents both within Pakistan as well as internationally. You will, therefore, have a very good command of the English Language.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and greet ALL clients, get to know their requirement and close the sales deal with a win-win outcome.
  2. Set sales target for yourself and your team and vigorously work towards achieving them.
  3. Set EXCELLENT customer services standards for yourself and the sales team. Meet and exceed those standards.
  4. Show available units to the clients, take their details and build a strong CRM portfolio
  5. Prepare brochures, leaflets, sales documents for clients to take away with them
  6. Recruit, train, manage and monitor an excellent sales team 
  7. Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
  8. Work closely with the Marketing Team to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence, especially in overseas markets
  9. Build a strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  10. Prepare and present sales, revenue and other related reports to senior management on a regular basis
  11. Identify emerging markets within Pakistan for real estate development, be fully aware of the competition and showcase a pro-active approach to extend Company’s business, reputation and sales revenue. 
  12. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts 
  13. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
  14. Also work closely with Marketing Team on Lead generation
  15. Work with other teams within the Company in developing our in-house Sales and Marketing App
  16. This job requires working on the Weekends 

Sales Manager Requirements:

  1. Must hold a Bachelors degree as a minimum
  2. Dedication to providing EXCELLENT customer service
  3. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  4. Experience in customer relationship management
  5. Experience managing and directing a sales team
  6. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  7. Presentable personality
  8. Strong profile in managing sales
  9. You do not need to have a Real Estate sales background
