SEO Director/ Department Head (Remote position):
We are looking for an SEO Project Manager that will manage our SEO team here at MyCity SOCIAL (US and Pakistan-based). The SEO project manager position is a dynamic position that involves working with people and teams throughout the day as well as possessing a very in-depth understanding of how SEO works. The position involves managing many of the freelancers that work for the team including; backlinks, onsite SEO team, content writers, content posters, and SEO customer service reps. The SEO project manager will check work for the entire team to ensure that everything is functioning as it should as a project manager. Communication includes speaking with staff and freelancers on the phone as well as managing tasks on Asana and the company CRM. The project manager will also conduct weekly meetings and be able to help fix customer problems directly with the customers and the SEO customer service reps. SEO Project Manager will be speaking to SEO customers directly on the phone, most of which are US-based.
HOURS:
The position is Monday - Friday and will typically be 9-10 hour days working primarily eastern time until about 4pm. This is a salary position so hours may vary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrable ability to understand and implement successful SEO campaigns.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Ability to manage teams.
- Customer service experience and ability to handle customer concerns.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
COMPENSATION:
$1,800-$2,166 USD (US DOLLARS) per month.
322,000 - 400,000O PKR per monthl.
TRAINING:
We will provide full training, including hands-on training.
START TIME:
Immediate upon finding the right candidate.
