Find new properties for MyGhar's expansion that fit our criteria. Follow up with stakeholders (Brokers, Owners & Developers) and report progress. Develop long term relationship with existing and potential supply partners. Oversee all aspects from discovering properties to deal closure
Responsibilities
- Helps make our property acquisition flow efficient and lead the process
- Maintain MyGhar's PR with its supply clientele (Potential & Existing)
- Suggest improvements in the supply acquisition process
- Conduct site visits with property feasibility along with criteria matching (check-lists).
- Foresee potential issues with property / landlord
- Conduct and finalize property deals - including negotiating on MyGhar's behalf
- Build brand trust with potential property owners
Needs
- Experience 1+ years of experience in sales - Property brokerage experience is a huge plus
- Persona Solid negotiator, Analytical thinker, Attention to details, socially savvy.
- Other Have their own bike and a passion to learn and solve problems
