4. Establish and maintain effective contacts with Consultants, Architects, specifies, Builders and Contractors. To provide pre-sales, during sales and after sales services to the customers.
5. To monitor commercial, project, institutional business in and outside city.
6. To pay regular visits to the Distributor, Dealer, and other prospective customers to promote company products.
7. Manages an assigned team geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
8. Conducts periodic review of media market surveys, customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and implements marketing plan changes in order to identify new potential clients and market.
