Job Description
- We are hiring experienced Outbound Call Center Agents.
- Excellent spoken English
- At least five year sales/outbound experience in International Call Centre.
- You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers
- You have the ability to understand your customers’ needs and empathize with them
- You thrive on working in a collaborative team environment, you have a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team goals and share information
- Holds a Neutral Accent, clear speaking voice
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- The candidate must not be enrolled in any educational programme.
- Willing to work in night shift.
- You are an expert in bypassing gate keepers, reaching decision makers, convincing them and eventually closing the sales
