We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our textile unit. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial management and reporting for our organization. We are looking for a highly organized individual with a strong background in accounting and a passion for the textile industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the accounting function for our textile unit, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, supporting decision-making processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities during financial audits and examinations.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Provide support during the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings.
