Cashier

We are currently seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier in the textile industry, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth payment transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to process sales, handle cash, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently process client purchases using the cash register and POS system.
Accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
Maintain a balanced cash register drawer and reconcile any discrepancies.
Provide accurate pricing information, discounts, and promotions to customers.
Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges following company policies.
Maintain knowledge of current products and promotions to answer customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding area.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
