We are currently seeking a skilled Textile Dyeing "Color Man" to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in textile dyeing and color matching, as well as experience working with various types of fabrics and dyes.
Location: Faisalabad
Age: 22 or more
Experience: more than 1 year (Color-shade creation / matching)
Qualification: Middle or more
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dyeing recipes and accurately measure and mix dyeing chemicals according to the recipe
- Operate and maintain dyeing machines and equipment
- Perform color matching and quality control checks throughout the dyeing process
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the dyeing process
- Keep accurate records of dyeing recipes, chemical usage, and production logs
- Communicate with other team members to ensure that production targets are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in textile dyeing and color matching
- Knowledge of different types of dyes and fabrics
- Ability to accurately measure and mix dyeing chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
